Mexican food from our hearts to your belly! Pancita is a Mexican restaurant featuring scratch-made dishes by James Beard Award finalist and three-time nominee, Chef Janet Becerra.

We proudly nixtamalize and grind our masa in-house daily. Fresh masa is featured throughout our menu, and our tortillas are pressed to order. We source from our local farms and use Mexican ingredients, blending flavors to bring innovative Mexican food to excite your taste buds.
